Product Description

Yealink SIP-T10 is a middle level of IP phone designed for SMB and home users. This model delivers superb audio quality, packed with abundant telephone features and seamlessly work with other popular VoIP products. Meanwhile, SIP-T10 passed interoperability tests by Asterisk, Cisco, Broadsoft and Huawei, etc.

SIP-T10 also support series of value-added features such as online advertisement, SMS, billing function, language customization, paging, groupable enterprise phonebook and dial plan, increasing ARPU for service provider. Please see the following detail for more information.

Online Advertisement
VoIP service providers can remotely change the advertisement on our SIP-T10 at any time. By changing such content on the phone, the service providers can obtain additional advertisement benefit or release some discount information to the end users.

Billing function
By indicating the charge for every SIP CALL and the balance, SIP-T10 will instantly show the details of users' account so that they can decide when to recharge. At the same time, such billing function can reduce service times from VoIP service provider to decrease service expense.

Paging
Paging Call is a special SIP call, when a Paging Call is coming, SIP-T10 will automatically turn off the MIC and shift to Speaker mode. This function can be used for Voice Broadcasting, Remote Report, Inform, Urgent message delivery, and it is very suitable to integrate with IP-PBX.

Remote Maintenance
When you come up against problems in operating the SIP-T10, just press on the Remote Maintenance key and all the configuration information (Including account details) of SIP-T10 will transmit to the server. In this way, ITSP or Network administrator can diagnose the problem remotely and after amending the defective functions, they can send such information back to the user of SIP-T10. It is quite ideal for reducing maintenance expense and time consume.

Centralized Management
The Centralized Management includes Enterprise contact book, unitive IP management, configuration management, etc. It provides great convenience in the maintenance and management of all the phones.

SMS
SMS can be sent via webpage and the telephone set. We can handle with many kinds of SMS protocol.

Zero Config
Without any extra configurations, just connect SIP-T10 to your broadband port, it automatically update to the newest version after building up connection with the server and downloading all the needed configurations details. In this way, the only thing a user needs to know is to make calls, while knowing the complicated configuration and network knowledge is not necessary.

Customized Language
Multi-language supported. We have already provided support for 11 languages so far, and it is constantly extensible. If you need us to support your language, simply supply us with the translation documents, and we can handle it for free.
